Last weekend I got in my truck about 5 a.m. to go ATV riding and while I'm driving down the road my interior lights start flashing on and off and I could hear a relay clicking sound. I thought maybe a door was open so I pulled over and checked all the doors and they were all closed tight. I got back in the truck and continued on to my buddies house. I started messing with the Pin Switches and they both seemed fine (I have a King Cab). We were getting ready to leave (not taking my truck) so I just decided I would leave it and deal with it when we got back. When we arrived back the truck returned to normal and I haven't been able to get it to reproduce the problem since. It's definately the PIN switch not being depressed enough because by hand I could get the lights to go off but it was like the door wasn't pressing the switch enough. Anyone had this happen???

Used to happen on my f-150 all the time. The door ajar light on the dash would light also. Never did find out what was wrong with. Just gave that problem along with a zillion other little probs to the Nissan dealership when I got my Titan
Is it showing on the dash that the door is open?

Seems like a short somewhere, loose wires making contact while vehicle is in motion. If you're under warranty, let the dealer fix it.

This is happening to mine right now. Any answers or suggestions? this Monday i noticed my interior lights were flashing after i took the key out of the ignition. Then the rear door caught fire!! Don’t know if this is like yours, but i wouldn’t wait to find out, get it to a dealer! My lights were flashing the upper lights then the lower ones then the upper ones etc. not sure if I am explaining this well enough, but if you saw it you couldn't miss it. The lights weren’t on when driving, just when i turned it off and removed the keys. The fire appears to have started at the bottom of the door or possibly in the speaker, don't know what this has to do with the interior lights, but they were defiantly acting funny the day of the fire.
