Ok people I am going to start getting peoples interest and opinions on our next big meet up here in the Northern Part of CA. Our meet in Elk Grove last year was very successful and all who attended had a blast.

Last year we had 27 attendees I do think it was and we are out this year to top that!!

I will run a poll to see which date we wish to make this meet. It will be either May 13th or 20th. Majority rules.

The site is still up for grabs. We may do Elk Grove again or depending on were everyone is coming from we may move it more south to maybe the Stockton or Modesto area. Your comments are welcome and will be considered.

We need to get a location picked as soon as possible so I can set up possible sponsors for the meet just as I did last year. It's always nice to get the local Nissan Dealer involved and they normally are very happy to do so.

Depending on where it is, I'll try to get there. I'm from Tulare and went to the socal meet in Huntington. Great fun. I'm a long way from Modesto and North but the traffic at least should be better than LA. We had, I think, 37 or so Titan there. Since then I had Greg do a performance 7" lift!! -- wheels and tires come this week so I'll be ready. It would be cool if someone would have a meet where we could do some off-roading. I'll check back and see what's happening soon.

Okay I went to the city of tracy website, and found they have a few desecent size parks.

So maybe you can check a few out. Bland park is right off the freeway, but by satelitte pictures does not have that many trees, so you will have to see it.

Also lincoln park seems pretty nice and big enough. El Pescadero Park is another good looking park, but does not have bathrooms, so maybe not the best choice.

here is the link to the city parks

http://www.ci.tracy.ca.us/departments/parks/facilities/outdoor/#parks_list

some of the location links can be clicked and it takes you to google maps, if you few in hybrid mode it will show the park names on the map, and you can move around and see all the parks in tracy.
