I ordered a leveling kit 2 Weeks ago and have made numerous calls (left voice mails , emails and PM's and still haven't had any correspondence with anyone at PreRunners. I'm trying to find out when my kit is shipping. Paypal sent me a UPS tracking # it states it hasn't been delivered. I am not trying to knock Prerunners I'm just anxious to get the kit.

I spoke with Greg a couple days ago and he is absolutely swamped with calls and installations. I talked with him for maybe 4 or 5 min and he got calls on the other line 4 times....CRAZY!! I sympathize with the guy. I think it is getting to the point that it might be a little much for him and Jen to handle. Hopefully they will get some help. I would not worry. I am sure they will get the stuff out to you as quickly as they can. With their volume of sales, I am sure their suppliers are having difficulty keeping up with the orders on some of the specialty products like billet spacers, Deavers, etc.

When I talked to Jen a few weeks ago about my order I learned that some shop equipment broke down and there was a delay in shipping my leveling kit. Maybe they are still trying to recover from that. Took nearly 2 weeks to receive mine.

Bsimpson, your kit shipped last friday. We were waiting on material, and numerous delays have put us behind. I hand-built a dozen kits to fill delayed orders, yours included and it shipped on friday. I apologize for the dealy and lack of response. Jen thought I had spoken with you and vise-versa. your T/N will show your kits progress.
