I have a small contribution from our meet today at Old Town. Pretty sure everyone would agree that we all had a great time and got to see some great trucks! Can't wait for the next one............

Here is some basic "walkthrough" footage of the various Titans that were there.......

Here are a couple Titans that had the Black Box hooked up to them 8)

And, for those who weren't able to see, we have Transformer's MYSTERY MOD (hopefully someone got a sound clip of it).....

And here are a couple pics.......

Here we got Transformer (left) in front of this other dude's Titan....

I have a bunch of pics and vids taken from ZTitan and BigVic, I will atleast put a zip up and try to upload as much as possible tomorrow. What started out as a bad weekend turned out pretty good once I got to the meet and got to get to know everyone there.

It was a great time and a very good group of people gathered.

I want to say a special thanks to Transformer for putting this one together and doing such and outstanding job.

Looking forward to the next!

The meet was a great time!!! Lots of info shared and now more mods to think about! Hats off to Transformer for putting the meet together in a short amount of time!!!

As for the train... I don't have any vids/sound clips, but I know some of the other guys do... and it sounds AWESOME! It's like a friggin' train was in the parking lot... it was sick! I think it would be a great attention getter for people that tend to tailgate on the road, what do you think!

Anyway, I have a few pics that are pretty much similar to Howie's, but I don't care, gonna post them anyway. Lastly, at the end of the meet there was one last funny thing that went on... so here's how it goes:

We had a parking lot to ourselves the entire day, and it was a busy one at Old Town. Everyone trying to get in b/c they couldn't find a place to park. Well, at the end of the meet, we let down the barrier and people started to park there. Well, this one older fella decides to park in the lot and wouldn't ya have it, it's a newer model Chevy Silverado (we had a few F150s and Hemis give us the look and the rev as well). Anyway, he says "Is it ok that I park here? I know it's not a Nissan." and to his reply, "We noticed! Don't worry, we can pull you outta here! (jokingly)" At that point, the guy started saying stuff like "are you sure you got enough power", "I don't know cause it's a Chevy" (he was an older gentleman). Anyway, we all OOOOOHHH and AWWWWWW I dunno! And then he walked away...hehe. Just thought it was a funny little thing at the end.

So, in summary (sorry such a long post), thanks for T for a great 1st meet! Hope to have many more in the future!

CYA!

Oh yeah... the pics!

“WOW“ A very special thanks goes to Transformer “AWESOME MEET”. What a great group of Titan owners. No words can express the time we all had. It’s late and I’m beat I will finish later.

Wow, what a good time... :D ...I thought everything was great. Weather was perfect. Met some fantastic people, saw some outstanding trucks, swapped ideas, etc.

Kudo's to Transformer for getting it all together... :goodjob:

And thanks to Jeff for answering all my highly technical questions :? , and 'hookin' me up...see you at the dealership soon.

And his wife Bev is just a great person...her and Mrs. BigVic (Joanne), seem to have hit it off well....of course Mrs. BigVic can... :talktoomuch:...hope she don't see this...hehe.

Old Town itself was pretty cool too...car shows going on, neat shops and rides...almost went on on that 220' "death plunge", but Coors would have to have sent about...oh, 10 more CASES...lol :P

Just a few minor incidents...Transformer...ahem... "forgetting" about the beef jerky until reminded by yours truly...hehe, j/k Kurk

And then there was BullGator...I sure hope he drives his Titan better than he drove that electric truck :roflmao: ...he wiped out his boy not once, but twice...no damage to boy, thank goodness...all accidental of course...nice drivin' BullGator...lol...j/k.

Anyway, got some initial pics, so enjoy....will follow up with some more shortly.

Again, Thanks T-former for all the hard work and CT for the exposure. This was my first meet and man was it more than I had ever expected. We really had a class act bunch of folks with a wealth of knowledge about these awesome trucks. Also Thanks Jeff for having your Tech do what he did. I am sure he had to put his a$$ on the line for that one. Can't wait to spin the rollers over at Pro Auto Tech with the Black Box. The gains really look impressive. To bad their was no place to go let the trucks rip some where. Oh well, Maybe this calls for a dyno day for our next meet. Thanks again everybody. BTW Thrust,You win the Loud peddle contest by far. And the most unique under the hood contraptions.

Hey Guys, 1st off I just wanted to personally thank all you guys for showing up, and proving to me, that there still are guys who keep their word these days. I had 2 guys that sent me PM's the day before the Meet, indicating that they couldnt come (which i greatly appreciated them giving me that "heads up"). Both guys had much more important things to attend to that kept them from being able to attend. What is incredible ... is that it appeared that everyone else showed ! We even had a few that saw the post and joined in on the fun at the last moment. As the Meet came to a close, it dawned on me (after many had left) that I had not given out the custom chrome decals that Chad had made JUST for our Orlando Meet. If one of you guys that did get one could somehow post a pic of the decal I would greatly appreciate that. For those who did not recieve one of these custom made decals PLEASE send me a PM with your address. I really dropped the ball here and simply got too wrapped up and carried away enjoying all the mods. I simply forgot to hand out the decals. My bad guys !! A handful got theirs just before leaving, but many did not !! Again ... if you did not get one, I really would like to mail them out to ya all this week. All I can say is that I had a GREAT time as well !! After talking to most (if not all) of you at the Meet... it was unnanamous to try to hold 2 Meets a year right at Old Town. Next time I might encourage some guys to come up Friday night so that we can ride and participate in the Friday night Cruise held @ Old Town. Our Titans do not meet the criteria and conditions for their Saturday night cruise.

*** One footnote that needs to be shared. A HUGE thank you to John (aka: freak8). It was YOU (my friend) that after rereading an old thread the other day that actually planted the seed to try to orchestrate some type of Meet in FL. I just ran with your idea John. You are the one that should be recieving a BIG thanks ! However guys, I very much appreciate all the kind words. It was kind of funny ... BullGatorTitan and I spoke the following day (while @ Disney World ) that if the Florida Titans really had a desire to hold 2 Meets a year, that sometime in late October or early Novemebr might be a nice time (as in having nice climate). Also, everyone basically agreed that Old Town was an ideal location for such a Meet. Many families did turn it into a weekend of fun since they were already in the Orlando area. Geographically speaking ... no one really had to drive too far out of their way to get there. In closing .... again thanks guys ... for proving to me that there are still some men that keep their word these days ... as in Club Titan men ! That alone ... made the Meet a great success!
Goodnight All ..... Kurk

Yes I ran over my son with the remote control truck. But I must say it could have been the funniest part of the day. I would not say that had he gotten hurt. First I hit him and knocked him down. TOTALLY on accident. Then after I backed up, I meant to back up some more and hit forward instead of reverse and it ran right over him. After about 15 seconds of fussing he was right back to going after the thing. He had more fun with that RC truck that I did. 8)

Regarding those horns.....T, did you cruise up I-drive later that night and let them loose? We stopped into Walgreen's across from Wet-N-Wild late Saturday night and I swear I heard those train horns blast somewhere nearby!! It put a smile (actually a shite-eating grin) on my face as I paid for my drinks!!
