I hope nobody else has had to go through this bullshit with their dealer, but today after I finally got called at 4:30p.m to pick up my truck (they close at 5) for the second visit and the brake fix up I find that some mot@#$f%$#$%r was smoking in my truck and not only that, that same moth@#$f%$#@ flicked his ashes on my center console on top of all my stuff( safety glasses, cds,etc...) I don't smoke and I don't give a damm if you do , but don't do it on my f#c$#ng truck.Yeah they cleaned it and apologize.,but the smell is still there, and if its not gone by tomorrow, I guess I'm gonna have to drive over there again.By the way I had left my truck at 4:30 the day before.Oh.. this wonderful dealership is Classic Nissan in Orlando,Fl

I would get the owner/mgr and ask for a "complete" interrior detail to get the smell out, that is 100% unacceptable.

I smoke but, have never smoked In my Titan. I would be pizzed if this had happened to me.

If one of my guys disrespected a customer like that, I would not tolerate it for one second. Sorry that you had to go through that. I would definitely get a detail including air neutralizing/ionizing and make them include a rental so you do not have to wait around.

Thanks a lot for being understanding. there were guys there at the dealership waiting for their cars and some smoke and said the same thing that THEY didn't smoke in their cars. I just spoke with one of the managers and he told me to call on monday to set an appointment with the detailers.That's what I hate about this bull...now i have to find a way to work around their schedule for them to fix their own f@#k up.

Smoking in a customer's truck should get the guy fired in a heartbeat. I'd be giving them all kinds of hell if it happened to me. Hope they make it right for you.

Hades hath no furry like that of a Titan owner who's truck has been smoked in!! That's what I would tell the OWNER after the Service Manager called him and interrupted his dinner. I would also tell him that it's the same as if the tech was caught urinating on the truck tires. It's the ultimate disrespect towards a customer and tell him you are going to tell all your friends about it (uh...I guess you just did that) and he should get rid of the tech. Let the tech go back to some backwater grease trap gas station where he belongs. YOU WANT US TO CALL Clasic Nissan :?:

Well it's been a while now and I never went back to the dealership to get it detailed;I've reached the conclusion that I'm just not gonna go back there again. I hope I never need to.

That really sucks big time, if the smell is still there, tell them you're getting the interior clean at there expense.

that sucks for the guy with the Armada, I would kick someones *** if they smoked in my truck, hopefully there aren't any burn marks in it.

I had a car in the service dept at a dealer & the service advisor & I were
walking toward my car because he wanted to show me something.
Caught an employee of the service dept sitting in the car playing with the radio.
Soon after I left the dealer I realized that all of the tone settings & fader
had been changed.

I took my GF's car into get it serviced at a mitsubishi dealership. I was listening to my Ipod when I got there when I jumped into leave it was on the radio's easy listening station, the laugh I got was good enough.
