I replaced my chrome door handles to body color painted ones. I bought the black XE door handles from the dealer and had them painted. I have a King Cab with a key hole only in the drivers door.
The following are the part numbers you will need:
2-#80640-7S200 Handle Grips (4 for crew cab)
1-#80646-7S200 Escutcheon with Key hole
1-#82646-8S510 Escutcheon w/o Key hole (3 for crew cab)
These parts are fairly cheap, It cost me less than $30 shipped for my King Cab handles.
Here is a brief How-To on changing them, it is really very simple. Sorry for the dirty truck. :D
Open the door and find the black plug, remove the black plastic plug covering the hole. Then loosen the Torx head screw all the way. There is a plastic clip that holds the screw and prevents the screw from falling inside the door so don't worry about losing it.

Once you loosen the screw the Escutcheons will come right out, make sure the screw is loosened all the way, it may take a little wiggling it around. On the ones with no lock, the escutcheon will come right off the truck. If it has a lock it will pull out far enough to snap off the cover and change it but it won't come off unless you unhook the lock and I don't think that is neccessary. With the escutcheons out remove the plastic cover but do not put the new cover on yet.

Once you have the escutcheons out, grab the handle and slide it towards the rear of the truck. It will then release the handle and it will come right off. Now just put the new handles back in then snap the new escutcheon covers on and buttin it all up. :)

This is very easy, it took me 30 minutes to do both sides going in blind. :)
Any questions please feel free to PM me. And now the finished product. :D
