i need to get to the wiring of the speaker in the back of my titan LE crew cab so i can add my converter thingy that i got so that i could add an amplifier and subwoofers to the stock system (the rockford fosgate 350wat)

one of my friends that knows quite abit about cars and subwoofers said he could probably help me out installing my stuff but he said he would jsut be about as clueless as me about it

I am planning on doing this same thing this week. Mine is the XE without RF system though. I hope someone answers this one soon. If not I will let you know how I wind up getting mine off. Not sure if I will tear it up or not but I got to get in there.

I'm not an audio expert by any means. :) That being said, I am pretty sure that you have to take teh signal for your converter before the OEM amp. Over on TT there a few really good audi guys that I haven't seen over here yet. It may be worth the trip over and ask there too. Unless you already did. :)

Someone else will have to I no longer visit. Dont want any problems. Maybe Complex could ask and report back his findings.

the converter plugs into the imput of the speakers you want it to be used on (which in every setup with one have been the back speakers)

here are a couple peopel that made guids on how to do it with the convert i have

http://www.impalahq.com/HowTo/ClaytonsAmp.html (this guy plugged it strait into the stock radio outputs)
http://www.rsmooth.com/SubInstall/index.php (pluges it into speakers)

and im a member over at TT (i just havent been over there in a while) soo ill go check it out and post a link or something
