Last week I took my TITAN in for oil change. And mentioned to service manager about the front brakes problem. He immediatley ordered the fix. Well got the work done on Monday, Great job no more vibrating. Next day he called me asking if I was having radio problems, I told him yes and explained he said he was ordering the fix, Man these guys are on the ball... The best thing about this is I didnt even bye the truck from that dealership, Thumbs up to Chesterton,IN NISSAN! :D

That's sweet! I wish that dealership was in my area. I'm glad you are being taken care of.

Wow, that's rare. I have the same type of service dept. but I think it's only because I know the shop foreman and have helped him several times with Titan problems. I don't think I would get that type of service if I was just the average Nissan consumer.
Thanks for letting everyone know because a good service dept. can make or break the enjoyment of owning any vehicle.
