Saturday Night-
BBQ!!!!!!!!!!!!! (and a little R&R) I was thinking that we could have the locals bring us some good grub to eat...I'll check into cost per person...but I wouldn't think it would be more than 7-8 bxs a plate. I'd need to get a good head count to confirm pricing. Alternative plan...cook some dogs and burgers ourselves.

Sunday:
Fishing on the Beach/ Beach Party!!
(this is about 1 1/2 hours south of here)
We can drive our trucks on the beach if we go surf fishing!! wahooo! (beach tag needed...we will provide two trucks with tags. Everyone can jump on the back of our truck and head out to the beach. If there are enough people...I will get additional tags for another truck)

We will open up our home to all who want to crash here on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Bring your towel, air mattress or sleeping bag and pillow!!!

Also...let me know how long you plan to stay and what events ya wanna go on. The head count for the BBQ and the picnic are the two most important things. I need to know how many beach tags to get. We'll definatly have two trucks with tags...but I will buy another tag for another truck or two if we need too. The more the merrier! :)

The truck of the month...lol...is taken at one of the trails nearby...just so you guys get a feel for what to expect! I'll post more pics of the off roading site soon. I Think RedTitan will be bringing her 4x2 (lifted and loaded) down this weekend to test the waters!

Anyone out there with 4x2's that are thinking of comming but wont cause they dont have a 4x4....we'll just give you a dummy diff for your front and you can pretend! Dont let this stop you from comming over and having a GREAT time!!!

I'm down for the 4x4 day. Nothing personal, but I'm not realy intrigued by sleeping over at someone's place I don't even know; just the way I was raised I guess. Any campgrounds out there we can stay overnight? I drove by Delaware a bunch of times, 2 of those I got a speeding ticket, so make sure we don't have them "nothing to do" cops out there when we do the off roading, lol.
I wanted to go to the Pensylvania one, but the timing wasn't that great.
Also, I'm probably going to buy a new Titan soon, and the catch is, I'm giving up the 4x4 option since I have no need for it. I have never used it on mine, and don't think I'll be using unless I go to this meet with my current 04.
I'm still deciding if I should get an 06 or wait for the 07 with the new changes.

wow!! great pics and red your titan is hot!! im going to start promoting our meet here in tn in sept. so i will not be able to get up that way for the aug. meet. its just a little to far but hopefully next time ill be there. we will be having a meet in tn in sept probably sept 22,23,24..fri, sat, sun and im working on getting a huge cabin so everyone can stay together and have a blast...whish i could make this one and i could show you a purdy mouth boys truck could fly through the off road course lol roflmao!!!

This sounds like it's going to be a ball! Racing, offroading, fishing, camping, drinking, and eating. They are my 6 favorite things to do! I have a feeling we are going to become good friends. I won't miss this for the world. By the way chicks, I will probally be coming w/o a guest. I asked my yota friend if he wanted to come but he responded " I don't think I can handle being around so many titanheads at once." And yes I live on Chincoteague Island, where the wild ponies live. It's actually a pretty sweet place to live. Great Fishing! Maybe I can setup a meet here sometime, we have a strech of beach we can offroad on also. Just a thought... I know at Island State Park here in jersey you can get tags and drive on the beach but you need full size spare, 4 wheel drive, shovel, first aid kit, tire guage, tow strap and a jack with a block of wood, (all of which I have)and no alcohol is permitted. Is it the same thing where you go?

4. What time would you be doing speed night?

5. What would you want me to bring-beer, soda, beer, rolls, beer, chips or beer?

Ahhhh...You will get dirty....but for the most part I havent broke anything yet out there. I have been testing the trails to make sure we dont go down any that are too wild or trails where the brush will damage our Trucks. I got the test scratches to prove it! I have taken most of the trails in 2wd...cept for a few steep hils and such...but there are ways around those to get to where you wanna go. No huge rocks or anything to damage your truck.

The beach tag is around $125 for the year(you can only buy a yearly tag). I was thinking that we can get donations set up to pay for the extra tag or two... and those without the "beach" set up can ride with those who have the tags. Nothing big...so far we have enough people that maybe we can get 10 buxs towards beach day from everyone...that should cover all the extra tags and such. You have everything needed for the sand...so you are good to go!

As to what to bring...a cooler and stuff for out at the canal(your personal stash) I'm gonna have the locals bring in BBQ to the house for Saturday night. So I figured that everyone can grab a case of whatever they choose to drink. Sunday breakfast will be bacon, sausage and eggs....and chip beef and gravy.

I was thinking about just making a set cost for each day that everyone participates in for food and to cover the beach tags. Say around $10/person for Saturday (will include BBQ and cover the cost of things like plates/ ice/ NA drinks, etc...) and Sunday $12 buxs will get you breakfast and a ride in a "beach" friendly Titan!!!

Sunday...bring your cooler with the stuff you wanna drink and eat (no glass bottles on the beach!!)

Hotels are everywhere...I'll get a few in the area and link them on this thread for all to see. Although.....we dont intend to be "sleeping" at all Saturday night!!! ;)

Theres a little bump with regards to "speed" night. It appears they will have the track closed to street racing because they are having Drag racing that night. I am looking into other tracks at the moment to see where we can run our trucks so the time is still up in the air!

I hope that this answers most of your questions and other peeps questions as well. As the time gets closer I will narrow down specifics on cost and times!

Ha. At Paragon several people were running through a mud hole that I wouldn't take. On one of the runs I saw this giant rock sticking up. Of course, I was the only truck out that didn't have any lift except shifty.

I think the only non white guy who's ever played there was Michael Jordan, he walked right in front of my moms car (she cleans one of the houses in there). She's also seen Clint Eastwood, and other stars playing when she drives through to get to the houses. I believe they turned Tiger Woods down from playing, if I remember the story correctly. They don't let women in the club house, and women are only permitted to drive on certain roads and be in certain areas, doesn't matter if they're members wives or not. You have to be recommended by a member for membership, or have to be legacyed in with member approval. The times I gone there to help her clean, I never saw anyone famous, and the houses aren't like big mansions either, they're called Lodges. The one she cleans was built in the 1700's.
