Personally, I have to rave about my dealership. I have *NEVER* been to a dealership (any make of cars) that offered the full package of quality like Lynchburg Nissan.

I have been dealing with them since 2001 and have purchased 7 vehicles in that timeframe (the Titan will last longer than the other vehicles we've purchased). I've been dealing with the same salesman for all purchases.

Now, my salesman rocks! Hands down. He's not out to be the salesman of the month with a record number of sales - he's definitely there for his customers. He won't sell you a vehicle that is out of your price range, or options that you don't really want. And, he works with you on the bottom line. He *found* my Titan for me in Maryland. They didn't have what I wanted in their stock selection, so he hunted one down for me and had it delivered.

The management and owners are top quality. They make it a point to remember your name and treat you like family. It's little things like that, that makes them stand out for me.

Service has always treated me right (no BS when it came time for repairs / preventative maintenance). And believe it or not...the ones that I've had do work for me know my name.

Parts has always treated me right - once again...they know my name. Finance knows my name.

I always get a warm "Hi Frank!" when I walk in the door from the employees that I pass.

This dealership is the TOTAL package. If you are in or near Lynchburg, my suggestion would be talk w/ them first before going else where.

Just my $0.0000000000000000000002 worth.

That sounds like the kind of dealership that is worthwhile making a visit to if one lives in the area. The service after the sale is the more important thing for me. I live in the metro Atlanta area where nobody knows me but that's OK as all I care about is good service but the personal recognition is a nice touch.

I grew up in Lynchburg and I will be returning there in two weeks for a homecoming that I attend yearly in June. Going to Lynchburg seems like going into a time warp as it seems so quaint after having been away since 1966. But I enjoy the yearly event as I see many the kids (now old geezers) that I grew up with at the Presbyterian Home in Lynchburg.

If I were driving I might check out Lynchburg Nissan service with an oil change but I'll be flying in instead of driving.
