I finally purchased a vehicle from Ocala Nissan and I loved the whole experience. My wife and I have purchased four new Nissan's in the past two years. I bought my 05' Titan and an 05' Sentra at Lake Nissan, an 06' Xterra at Universal Nissan, and an 06' Titan at Ocala Nissan. Lake & Universal Nissan are a joke. The worst part about both dealerships is the service dept. They also have a very limited selection. On memorial day I convinced my wife to let me look at new Titan's. She told me I could get it if it was for the same payment. I thought my odd's were pretty grim considering I only had the 05' Titan for eleven months. We went to Ocala Nissan and met one of the sales guys. Supposely they sell the most Titan's in the entire southeast u.s. They had so many Titan's we had to ride around the lot in a Sentra to find the one I wanted. This time I went there with a list. I told them I wanted an 06' SE CC 4WD , Big Tow, Bench package in Graphite with an exterior color of either Granite or Smoke. In about 15 minutes we found one in Granite that also had the Popular package, Off-Road package, and a bedliner. I was impressed. They gave me an excellent deal and I walked away from the finance table only paying 66 cents more each month. The salesman took my truck out back and let me get my toolbox, OEM step rails, prodigy brake controller, and chrome bugshield off. The truck was full of gas and they gave me another free tank of gas. They called me yesterday to make sure everything was good with the truck. I told them I noticed a chip in the paint but it's under the clearcoat like it came from the factory that way. They said bring it in so it can be checked and they'll fill up the truck again. I LOVE OCALA NISSAN!

p.s. guess I need to change my avatar.

It just keep's getting better. I was walking outside to go to lunch when I nearly tripped over a package. The package was from Ocala Nissan. It was can of peanuts. This by itself is nothing great but I thought it was nice. Ocala Nissan is owned by The Pearson Auto Group which Owns dealerships in Ocala, Jacksonville (FL), Richmond, Newport News, Midlothian (VA). I would definetly say support these guys. If they run every dealership the same they can't be beat. They told me they were able to work with me alittle more because it was the end of the month and they wanted to sell 400 cars. 400 CARS!!! Holy crap.

Wish I had the same experience. First they didn't have the truck I wanted so the sales guy did a search and found one in Jacksonville. The sales man also said they would match the price I received in Virginia no problem (I am on vacation down here in FL). I faxed in the guys # from the dealer in VA and called the sales manager in Ocala to make sure he received it, and he did. He told me he was busy at the moment and would call me right back.

Well after 2 days of no returned call I did a search on my own to find out the truck wasn't in Jacksonville but in Deland which is about the same distance for me to drive to Ocala. I get to Deland Nissan and the sales guy tells me the Granite LE CC fully loaded is a demo vehicle and they do a search which they only find 2 smoke colored trucks in the area (my 2nd choice of exterior color). Not only that he was pretty honest and told me to take the deal I got in VA because his employees don't even get that good of a deal which was Invoice-Rebate-$500. I guess if your not willing to shop around and take one Ocala had some nice service but they should have called me to tell me they either couldn't get the truck or meet the price.

I found Lake Nissan Sales to be better, but their service is terrible (other than doing the 2* advance). I thought Ocala Nissan played around too much on the price, kept me there for over an hour with my 2 year old before giving me a price. Lake Nissan beat there price right out of the gate, without haggling.
They did give TitanCrew a good deal, but then again he has a ton of money anyway!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only problem I had with Ocala Nissan was the 6 months it took to get my tag and registration. They kept blaming it on the county, I finally went to the county office myself last week, they showed the truck registered 3 days after I bought it. Had to pay an extra $15 for the replacement tag that Ocala Nissan said they never received. Other than that it was alright, I bought my wife an Altima there a couple of years ago and we had our kids with us, it seemed like they took longer to get things done then, the kids get restless and I think they hope we would just take any deal they threw out there just to get it done. Oh, and the peanuts were a nice touch
