Excellent dealership in my opinion. Dealt directly with the sales manager on my 05 Titan about 1.5 years ago. Offered me $500 over invoice with very little negotiation and never waivered or tried to mess with me. I was in and out in just a few hours.

Their service is even better. My crazy wife keeps taking our Altima in telling the service guy, "it needs new brakes" every time she has an oil change. Each time she does this, we get a phone call within the hour telling us the brakes are fine and only needed cleaned and the car is ready to be picked up. They charge us for the oil change, that's it, and we're out the door for $25.

Service like this is tough to find. I hear our new, Fontana Nissan also has first rate service, but I've not experienced it first hand. Empire is just down the freeway and why mess with a good thing.

Regards,

John

I don't mean the thread-jack here, but have you considered asking her why she thinks it needs new brakes. Maybe since she drives it she is noticing something that they are missing. at least she considered the car at all, some wife do not put gas in let alone worry about the brakes. Maybe she is not so crazy, we have all seen tech not solve a issue correctly. I personally have fixed a few things the techs could not get right, so don't discount her so quickly.

No way I'm discounting my wife. You want to buy her you'll be paying full price buddy!!!!! :) Sorry, couldn't resist.

She says they squeak and/or groan at times. The car used to be my daily driver and it has about 130K miles on it. Still runs like a top though. Great little car.

In any event, I've never heard the noises and she says it always stops just fine with no fade or hesitancy. The dealership checks it over and says they're just dirty or need adjusting.

Good point though. We can't just ignore our wives when they claim somethings wrong with their vehicles. It's always safer to have it checked out, particularly since she drives it so much and hauls around our 13 month old son in it.
