I recently took my Titan to another dealership for warranty work and I must say I am extremely impressed by the service I received. They had same day/ next day appointments... in addition, one of the service managers contacted me no less than 4 times giving status and updates as well as asking questions to better diagnose the problems I had described when I dropped the truck off. Even though they had the truck for two days, I am very pleased with the results. All the damage which was done imo by the other dealership not doing a quality job has been repaired.

The dealership is Tischer Nissan/ Acura in Laurel Maryland. FYI, my wife also bought a 06 Xterra prior to my getting service done.... so now we are a dual nissan family... and no, she is not comfortable driving the titan all the time... she likes the smaller easier to handle X terra
