I aint m4ck, but maybe I can help. Go to your profile, scroll down and upload a picture from your computer. Hit browse button and go through your pictures to find what you want to use. You may have to resize it if it is too big. You can also use a picture that has a URL address, just copy the address, and paste it in the block under upload from my computer.
