I was just going to check and see if they have a price listed for a used Titan yet and they don't. I'm really hoping these things hold value REALLY good!!
I'm wanting to get ride of mine and get a CC 4X4!! But I don't want to eat anything on it. So I'm trying to get an ideal of when the equity will equal out.

I'm no expert, but I would guess that any vehicle sold so soon after initial purchase would cause you to eat something. I doubt any vehicle holds value that well. If money is an issue, I'd wait a couple years and trade up to an '08...easier said than done perhaps.

I wouldn't write off the idea of at least going to a dealer and checking. That's what I did when I traded in my 4x2 for a 4x4 and just about fell out of the chair when I saw their first offer. I played hard to get and the offer only got sweeter. It's a least worth a try...

I paid 35K for my 4x2 LE that had an MSRP of exactly 38K, and was offered 32300 for it at trade. I must of timed it right too because I got 5K off MSRP on my 4x4 due to the discounts being offered on the 04's. This was last September when I did this.
I thought it was a heck of a deal especially with over 22K miles on the one I traded in. I didn't even blink, it was a done deal long before they knew it....

hhhmmm....I liked my dealer. I'll have to send him a e-mail asking him what he would give me and let him know in the same sentence that I want a 4X4. If he can't get clost to what I paid I'll just have to keep it for a year or two. I could live with that....just don't know why I didn't buy a 4X4...
In 2000 I bought a Dodge Dakot 4X4 EC 4.7l V8. Loved it other then the rotors would warp every 1000 miles...and I'm serious!
2003 Bought a Ford F-150 Supercrew 4X4. I actually really liked this truck. It wasn't a speed demon but it never had a problem and rode really nice.
And now Jan 05 I got my 05 Titan...and why I didn't get a 4X4.....I'm still confused by it. Oh well....Yeah I know...I don't keep vehicles long!! It's a fetish of mine!! :piercing:

Stopped by dealer today to pick up my extra key and the guy was saying how they had 2 '04 used on the lot for all of 2 days total. Also, my '02 Xterra that I traded in was already gone.

I love my G35 best resale in its class. I bought it used for $26800. The trade in is still $25400. I expect the Nissan Titan to be class leading also!!

I bought my 05 CC LE in Decmeber ....
Truck fully loaded stickered for something just over $43K ...
Made the deal a little less than $39K ... about $100 under invoice ...
Got the tax assessment on it last week ...
They "valued" it at $28,100 ...
Now ... for the purposes of paying taxes ... I wouldn't have minded if it was $2800 ... but it makes ya wonder ....
:D

I heard a radio commercial yesterday stating Future Nissan in Rooseville has Titan's for $7500 under MSRP. I just sent them a e-mail so we will see what the catch is. If it is as I heard this may be my route to my CC 4X4!
