Only the "billet style grilles" can be powedercoated.

Yea, you could do that yourself, but I don't recommend powercoat on the mesh, paint would be better choice. Powder on the mesh would be too thick and gunk up in the twists/turns in the mesh.

You mean like this I had mine done locally fairly cheap and much better than paint imo very well coated and even and will hold up better than paint. Look for a motorcycle shop thats who I had do mine and if they don't do it they can usually point you in the direction of somone who can.

You can probably find some local powdercoaters in your area. My guess is myabe $50.

How hard is it to mount up the logo on the mesh?

Easy, 3m double sided emblem tape, and that sucker isn't going anywhere. $2 at any autoparts store.
