Hey guys, I was and wanted to come to the meet......I am rather disappointed that I cannot make it. I have to attend a meeting in Virginia so I fly out Sunday (the day of the meet). Hey Big.......I appreciate it, I just got home this afternoon from my trip! I hope I can make the September one, sorry once again. Right now I am having issues with my truck! I put my TBS on and now it acts like it wants to quit on me! Any suggestions?

Hey BigBertha, glad you enjoyed yourselves. I bought my front spoiler from my local Nissan dealer. Just go in and order a front spoiler for a '04 Armada. It is black abs plastic when you get it. Most people have left it this way. I painted mine because I wanted mine to be "different".

I don't have a TBS on mine yet, so I can't say for sure. Only thing I can think of is that you may have an air leak, maybe the o-ring didn't seat right maybe. I wish that I could be more help on this issue, but I have no prior experience with these. I figure that these can only mount one way, so it probably isn't on backwards or upside down or anything. Just throwing ideas out. Hope you get it figured out quick.



One more thought...did you remove your MAF sensor when you did this? If you re-installed it backwards, it may cause this problem. Let me know what you figure out.

I almost bought from Nissan of McKinney, but once they added shipping, which was around $18 due to it being an "oversized" item, it was cheaper to go to my local dealer and get their internet price, which was $32.66 +tax.

If you live kinda close to them, their price is $25.56. You'll probably have to ask for this price, as they probably charge around list price normally. I originally ordered from them, as they are only about an hour away, and they told me that it is an oversized item, which adds around $10 to S/H price. I decided that $18 for shipping 50 miles was a bit much and bought from my dealer. Plus, when I picked it up, I was able to take it right over to their paint shop to get it painted.

The gasket with the screen on it, well I took the screen off to cut it off and replace the gasket. I completely misplaced the screen and forgot that gasket. I found it and reinstalled the entire TBS. Works well now. :)

Sounds simple enough.:) I just ordered a TBS. I will install it next week, along with the Volant CAI that I have coming.:)
