I am a new Club Titan member and just started ordering custom parts. I placed an order with Burtman Industries on Sunday July 9th and Jason has already shipped it today! And sent me emails to confirm placing the order and the shipping. That's insane. Thanks Jason.

Glad to see you are happy. That's what we try to do here. Provide the best customer service and super quality items.

Also, remember, we can get just about any product, eventhough the website will never show it all. Point is, always ask if you don't see something. :)

I am glad I looked at the date...........I saw I put a order in on July 9th and it was shipped today. I was worried for a second. :)

The only bad thing about Jason is once you find his store , how good his customer service is, and the quality of the parts he sells you end up signing over paycheck after paycheck to him. :)

Red ordered a line of fire for me for Xmas. The package came in damaged and the unit was damaged as well.

Jason sent out a new unit to us ASAP. He really came through for us as well.

Jason really knows how to follow through for the customer. I spoke with him a couple days ago He'd seen a post of mine describing something I wanted, but not found. Although I've done other mods that may preclude me going with it, for styling reasons, he found exactly what I was looking for and sent me a jpg in seconds, not days. What company responds like that? Nice fellow to talk with too. All the hype about Burtmans is true! :)

jason has perfect business skills, works with you to find something he has or doesn't have, AND gets the order DONE!!! As you said TitanBlue, he's a great guy to talk to also. Thanks Jason.
