First, let me say, my Titan is my 3rd truck I have bought from this dealer. I have no issues with buying them from Regal.
Service.
Now here in, lies the PROBLEM.
They don't give bad service, they give SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOW service.
Example: When I called them about my dead stereo system, they couldn't even see me for a week. I knew that it was going to take over a week to have the part shipped, so had I went there, it would have been over 2 weeks out of the gate.
I called them on a Thursday, and they couldn't see me until the Saturday after the coming one. And it is not like I needed someone for hours and hours.
When I took it to Troncolli Nissan in Tucker, Georgia, they took 20 mins to tell me "yup, your stereo is done."

kind of the same thing here great service but slow as christmas, But the good thing here is they know its hard for me to leave work so the come pick up my truck, drop me off something to drive, then return it to me.
so I cant complain much.

my dealer knows I work out of my truck, so they know I can not leave it all day for them just to tell me what the problem is. I can call up usually in the morning, on my way to take my son to school, and then drive by and have someone look really quick to confirm the problem. They order the part, and when they get it. I make an appointment which can most times be the next day depending on my schedule. and I stop by again in the mroning after taking my son to school, and they pop the part in.
I find they work faster knowing i am sitting there watching. And by watching, I mean I sit at the window and watch the tech work on my truck. The up side if he has questions, he waives me back to the shop and we address it right away. At first they were very inconsiderate with my time, but since growing a relationship with the service manager, he knows what I expect, and my service advisor has learned the routine also. He knows I would rather be else were, but if I leave it for the day they tend to goof off till the last minute, and even when i get there to pick it up it is still in detail. I would rather just work from the waiting room for a few than go throught the trouble of loosing my office for a day.

That is so funny you say that, because it is a standard thing for them to wash and vacumn it with every service here at the dealerships I use.
When on our trip to Wyoming I stop at the dealership in Salt Lake City to get my oil changed, and he looked at me like I was an alien when I asked them to just wash it, and not worry about the vacumn since the truck was full of traveling stuff. They went ahead and did it, since I told them that my home dealership does it for me, but I guess normally they charge for a wash and vac.

I thought all the dealerships were supposed to do it. The question is asked on the survey form whether or not your vehicle was cleaned before you picked it up. I'm told our wash bay here is broken. Guess it's been broken for about a year now!!!
