Active tuning is hosting it. Check the thread here for details. A couple CT mems are going and getting a hotel rooms for an after party. And Chicksdidem' and Jackedtitan are having one in Aug in Del. Alternativly, you can do what I did and ask for help installing some mods, and wait for people to come out of the woodwork... It's always hard to set meets up, no matter where you are.
