Just wanting to get a little jump on this. How does Sunday, September 17 sound for our next meet? No definite plans yet, but we may do a cookout and/or other food related get together. Anyone who can make it on this date, please reply. If there's a better date for you, post it. This is just to guage the best date to have this meet. We have a few members with schedules that only allow them to be off of work on certain weekends. I would like to make it to where as many of them as possible can make it out. I hope that all who have made it to the prior meets plus some more new faces will make it to this one. Let's make this the largest turn out that we have had.

We are considering renting the pavillion this time. Total cost is $110. If everyone that has responded up to this point chips in, it would be $7.86 a piece. If more chip in, it will be less. Not a bad price for a day out. If all of you want to do this, you can Paypal your share to me. I will cover the part that comes out for the fees that Paypal charges me. Let me know what all of you want to do. Probably need to reserve it pretty soon.

It's nothing "formal". We do usually make most of a day of it. We have done some cooking out, burgers and hot dogs, and have done some "mini-cruises". As far as photos, everyone that brings a camera take pics, and most who do post them on the forums. We do have photo albums of our previous meets on our TNT-DFW yahoo page. You have to join to have access. Just click the yahoo group link in my sig., Do the join request and Ta2me or I will let you in.

You will definitely get to see great representation of the mods that you see and read about on the Titan forums. Looking forward to seeing you there.

I'm gonna give until Wed August 9 to get responses from those who want to get the pavillion. If there is enough interest, I will PM my paypal info to all who respond, then will give until Sat. August 12, a.m. for all to get their money in.

I will be passing through there on Sat Aug 12 heading to a family get together. If I have enough responses and funds in hand, I will stop on the way and reserve the pavillion. If there are not enough, we will have the meet in the usual spot.

I'm open on Sept 17th. I've been involved in lots of Pontiac events (usually a full weekend of drag-racing and car shows) and motorcycle events (lots of curvy-road riding at high speed). I imagine this would be different than either of the above and I might get some ideas for modding/maintaining my truck.

In reference to the "Gate" at the TNT-DFW@yahoogroups.com its only to keep the "spammers" out of the club.

My wife is a professional photographer, and usually snaps quite a few pics at the meets. Problem is, she uses her 12megapixel camera! With which I have to "Downsize" every single pic in order to Upload (so, I'm still behind!)
But, there's afew from every meet we've had (except from the last July meet when I missed it due to work).

Hopefully Elbo can make it, he's the best leader for the Caravan!!
