Andy Fisher (Service Advisor) at Mossy Nissan in El Cajon, CA has been the most awesome person I have had the pleasure to work with at ANY dealership in my 40+ years experience! I have had every service done there for both my Titan and my daughter's Sentra. They always are on top of the service advisories, recalls, etc., and handle them promptly. I have only been without my vehicles for at most 6 hours (except for a minor accident repair which took longer for the insurance company to pay than it did for the dealership to repair). Twice, when they thought they might need to keep it overnight, they gave me a free rental car. John (Maintenance Manager) and the mechanics that do the work have been great! Since I normally do my own maintenance, it took a couple of coupons for free service to have me check them out. I have been SATISFIED with them ever since. So much, that I consider that my time is worth any expense (so far) I have had to pay for service at this dealership.

Now, if I can only find a good insurance company....
