Hi everyone! I saw Chicks this weekend, and we decided it was time for an update and new headcount for this event. :D For those of you that didn't know, Jacked and Chicks recently moved from Bear, DE to Smyrna (south of the canal). They have a NICE 2+ acre property, and it's just waiting for a bunch of fun lovin' Titans to visit :p Since Chicks and Co. are still wrapping up their move and such, I wanted to give her a hand in planning this GTG. Dates: Friday- Monday August 25-28
Location: Smyrna, Delaware (JackedTitan and Chicks' Backyard)

SCHEDULE
Friday, August 25th
Arrival and hanging out! We had originally planned a drag night, but Cecil County Dragway is now having Lucas Oil drag racing. So we can just hang and throw back a couple, or we can plan something else fun!

Saturday, August 26th
Late arrivals and a little off roading down by the canal! I’ll speak from experience that you can have FUN on these trails without endangering your Titan. After hitting the trails, it’s back to the ranch for a BBQ and some brews! We had considered catering, but I’m guessing everyone will be in the mood for some delicious burgers and such! We can start assigning items for people to bring.

Sunday, August 27th
Fishing on the Beach and Beach Party!! We’ll all caravan to the Delaware beaches (about 1 hour south of here). We can even drive our trucks on the beach if we go surf fishing!! wahooo! (beach tag needed...we will provide two trucks with tags. Everyone can jump on the back of our truck and head out to the beach. If there are enough people...I will get additional tags for another truck).

Farewells and departure...till the next meet! :p

ACCOMMODATIONS
Casa del Chicks is OPEN to all who want to crash on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Bring your towel, air mattress or sleeping bag and pillow!!! It’s a sweet pad with plenty of space for all of us! Local hotels are also available to those interested - let me know!

Hey, I'm going alone on this one, no wife and daughter, too much trouble, lol. I will need a place to stay though, so Chix, any room available? I'm from a 3rd world country, so I can sleep on the porch or something if there's no room, lol. I'll just buy some beer when i get there; but just let me know what I have to bring as far as food and drinks. I'm really looking forward to some off roading gotta bring the rope though cause I'll most likely get stuck in some ditch.

Just bring a pillow and a sleeping bag if you have one...I have an air matress or two if we dont end up having a bed or sofa left. But i'm sure we can make sure you got a floor to sleep on! :) We will even pitch a tent for you! ( no wize cracks RED! Mind out of the gutter gurl!) Like we said before...we dont plan on sleeping much...but when we finally do crash, I'll try to make you as comfortable as possible!

As for food and stuff...I'm gonna see Red this weekend and we'll put together a plan and have ya'll sign up for stuff. I would suggest everyone try to bring a cooler to put food (and malt too) in while we are off roading.

We will give you more details in the comming week!

I'm leaving Saturday morning around 7AM. Should be there in about 4 hours.
However, I don't know the exact plans, so I can't really say excatly the time I'm leaving. I'll try to be flexible.

You guys are making me jealous. I grew up a mile from Atco Raceway. It figures I waited till I moved about 700 miles away before I bought a vehicle that could post some decent times in the 1/4.

I have this thing about sleeping in a real bed and taking showers, and with things crawling all over me, and waking up every 5 mins when a twig snaps in total darkness and wondering, "Oh Sh#t...do bears live in Delaware?"

And I'll be plus one on all events, just not sure which plus I'm bring yet.

I'll provide plates, napkins, plasticwear and cups, and bring LOTS of beer. Also bring my surf fishing stuff.

I think that my little brother is going to attend the meet also. He's will be 16 on the 30th of this month and I want to take him out for a bit of off-roading (his reward for helping me wash my truck). I just wanted to make sure that everyone is cool with that being that he is underage and a lot of alcohol is going to be consumed next weekend. No one will have to be on the best bevahior either......I have already done a fine job of corrupting him.

I don't know, I changed my oil for the first time the other day and I though I've seen another skid plate behind my Off Road one.

On the OR titan, there is a skid plate the covers the transfer case, but it's not the front skid plate. It should be on the drivers side almost underneath the drivers feet.

I was just on the Fenwick State Park site, and it is no alcohol allowed-being a state park and all.(I already knew that having gotten a ticket for drinking on the beach at Island State Park, NJ) Beach vehicles must have a board, jack, shovel, tow rope or chain, low pressure tire guage, 4 wheel drive, at least 7 inches of ground clearance and surf fishing gear. If you don't have fishing gear or your not fishing(AKA 4wheeling on the beach) you will be kicked out. An out of state registered vehicle is 130bucks(that's friggin outrageous) but can be transferred for additional fee. Also no fires allowed.

So my question is; no drinking+expensive+14 plus people plus gear in 2 trucks+Beach patrols+not able to cook...does anyone still wanna do this?

I'm not sure where you read we couldnt have alcohol...but we've been drinking beer on the beach for years! It just needs to be in a can. No glass bottles. As for the beach tags....JT and I both will have one on our trucks. We have the equipment needed for one truck and fishing gear as well. If you bring yours then we will have plently. Pole in water=fishing. I can gather the needed supplies for both trucks and we should be fine. I figured that there would be people that needed to head home on Sunday and we wouldnt have a full group fishing so the two trucks will haul our butts out there.

If we're still going fishing I'll bring all my fishing and beach gear. I would need it anyway with all the surf gear(5or 6 poles, sand spikes, chairs, tackle boxes, nets) and my 'wheelin box(big box of tools and chains/straps and misc. stuff), and the beach gear(shovel, chain ect.) and 120 qt cooler(beer) and maybe(?) an empty cooler for fish. Plus I have a crew cab, so I can shuttle 5 plus me comfortably.

I've got all my gear together, so before I pack it in the truck, are we still doing fishing? I have 6 poles, 10 sandspikes, 2 tackles boxes, 2 nets, jack w/ compressor(small), tire guage, shovel, 2x12 peice of wood, tow rope and chain. If you want to do fishing, but don't have the tackle, I've got plenty!

Still no word from the cousin about friday yet Chicks.

Update for tonight Chicks...My cousin says the Bronco is ready, but from what he's telling me, it doesn't sound like it, so when he comes down today, I'll look it over. I'm thinking at least 2 hours of work to be done. If we're leaving tonight, I'll post first and I'm PMing my cell number now.

I just look it under the hood and OMFG every thing is covered in send-dust I just cleaned my cold air intake filter it was so dirty that I don’t even know how my engine was running.

I had a great time. I can't even describe in words. All you guys are great. I wish my wife had been there to meet yall. But couldn't do all that stuff we did with my daughter on the back seat, so she had to stay home.
I wish I could go to the other Off Road meet you guys are doing. I heard some major challenges there, so I think I'm not putting my truck out on a another scare like that until I have a lift and some tires to compete and not get stuck. lol.

NOOOOO you have to come! Believe me, it's not the same at Paragon. There is no sand or anything like that on the beginner trails, which is where we go. For instance - Steve took his stock truck (no leveling kit, stock Badyears) and had zero issues.

We could always take all our spares and put them on your truck! Even better - I'm going to mount Matt's stock F150 FX4 tires on my stockers for the trip to TN, and you could use those. I think they are Rugged Trails.

I think that Parts PIMP will get you at least 6 inch lift kit for that video to go away.

Lol! Big thanks again to the hosts one this one! And my presence is guaranteed on the next one. I got back in VA Beach at 4PM, spent a little time with the wife and made my Titan look spotless again. I had to use my air pressure tank to clean the dust out of the inside.

I got home around 6:30pm. The Titan did great towing the Bronco. Hell it did everything great....pulling Goval out of the sand....3 times, dust donuts, hill climbing, and almost getting a ticket.

Rob...your truck was a champ all day! I'm so glad the "chrome" giant was allowed out to play in the dirt! :)

Chix, get your air pressure tank going and use it to clean the inside, it worked for me. Do you have one? Wipe as much as you can with a dry cloth, then spray the air around the grooves and corners. Will be nice and clean again.

Compressors are wonderful... although I primarily use mine for:
1) blowing up soda bottles
2) blowing off parts and the tractor
3) removing tar from my shoe with the air hammer
