i would be up for a meet. I just bought my truck Sunday and have already been bitten by the mod bug.

I work/live in scottsdale. I work @ Van chevy on frank lloyd wright. SO i can kinda get the hookup on alot of aftermarket stuff threw dealer outfitters and what not.

So pretty much anywhere in the middle. Maybe a pavillions meet on a saturday? or something.

i really like your truck steve. i wanna see it in person to compare teh difference in my stock truck height to yours w/ the mini lift.
Im considering the mini lift liek you have. but wanna see if it is gonna be enough of a lift.

I'm most likely moving back to Phoenix in the next few months so, If you plan one towards the end of the year, I will come and I can probably get my friend to bring his T as well. :)

I just bought my truck and i think its awesome. I read your other threads for Titan meets. And seeing as they have already passed i figure why not try to plan another one.
Im going to go the Scottsdale pavillions August 26th. So if anyone wants to join me and meet up and discuss titans and what not you are welcome to show. It is the shopping center @ the 101 and Indian Bend on the east side of town.
They have a mini golf thing there and a really big carshow, so there is plenty to do.
So if you are intrested then post it up.

I know of such a place, Sahuaro Ranch Park on 59th Ave. between Olive & Peoria. Plenty of parking for the Titans too! Anybody interested?

sahuaro is good, for some not familiar with the area though it is kind of hidden, used to have my football practices there for the azfl

Sounds like a better plan. I don't mind meeting up a car show somewhere, but like you mentioned they're usually crowded and don't we want to stand out from the usual crowd.

The weather is getting to be a lot nicer, so anytime really would work. I'd settle for a day thing and I'm still willing to help plan, if you need me. PM me if so.

I'm in the process of moving back to AZ as we speak but I won't have the T until sometime in Oct. I'd still be willing to come out and meet everyone and see your trucks and be sad I don't have mine. :p

Well sahuaro sounds like a good place, They have BBQ's and a playground with a lot of open field to so if the families want to come it would be a good place to go.

OK then we are getting somewhere now. I am going to contact sahuaro park and find out the rules on reserving a couple of the cabana's they have there with grills so if anyone wants to they can bring food and stuff. I know they have a playground there and all. There is also a really nice park up by where I live its called Desert Breeze and they have one of the mini trains that goes around the park and a couple other little rides. There is also one more area too, its off the loop 101 and thunderbird west side. IT has a mini waterpark and a really nice grilling area. If anyone knows somewhere else that would be good just let me know.

I would like to come, Saturday works best for me, I got to work Sunday. What happened to possibly getting the timing advance done? Does anyone have some connections to get it done at the meet, if not the dealership is going to be closed on Sunday. I've needed an excuse to drive my Titan up to Phoenix to get the timing advance done and this would be a great one. I am also considering selling my Zoomers exhaust that I recently purchased, a magnaflow single exit custom exhaust, and my NISMO CAI so that I can make some money back to buy some 22's and go back to being stealth. Also, I have an upper chrome trim piece for sale as well as a 3-piece billet grille for you XE and Armada owners. I went out and got the full billet grille that I think makes these trucks look a lot meaner. So, I would definitley show up if I knew I was getting either the timing advance done or making some other Titan owners very happy by hand delivering them some new mods. Anyone interested, pm me. Price negotiable.

I'm down in Tucson...so I wouldn't be that helpful for ideas up in the Phoenix area, sorry! Parks sound like a good place to me though. Some place nice, has good shade, bbq's, play areas for those of us with little one's, etc.

Papago has the phoenix zoo also, not too sure if there is any playgrounds though...

That actually sounds pretty good and I'm in Tucson. I'll take either side. The BBQ side would be good if we wanted to cook up some grub, but for those of us who have dogs (I do!) we could take the dogs out too.

Sorry we weren't able to make it out yesterday. Did you have a good turnout?? We got a late start in the morning and just had too many errands to run. By the time we got finished we were exhausted.

ORRRRRRRRRRRRRRR here's something crazy..... who's Game for a Drive to Flagstaff ? Flagpole is a pretty cool town. and there is alot of places to eat and things to check out... not to mention a few diffrent ways to drive back which i hear a really awesome (not the I17)

actually what is nice is payson, going up on the rim road is friggin sweet,there are all sorts of trails and lakes up there and its only like an hour away as opposed to flag which is 3

yeah Payson its a cool town... i do alot of camping on the Rim by payson... and the shorter drive is nice

Speaking of a meet... abunch of people from titantalk are meeting up saturday feb 23 IN front of sporstmans warehouse @I17 and 101 ! 10 am. We're going to set up 2* timing advance, once thats done, we're going on a 2wd friendly trail ride. I17 to table mesa, to seven springs, ending in cave creek/carefree area for happy hour.(wash the dust down) Oh yeah, we're bringing a bbq and a bunch of guns. skeet shooting, target practice.Should be fun.
