My '04 Titan has 64,000 miles on it and I now have a pin hole crack at the bottom of the radiator. The dealership said it would be $531.16 for an OE part, and $375.00 for after market and they both only carry a 1 year warranty. I just purchased an aftermarket raditor with limited-lifetime warranty for just $251.60 and that comes with a new radiator cap, through autopartswarehouse.com. Oh, and free shipping!!

My radiator was just replaced for the same thing. I paid a $50 deductible(security plus warranty). I am glad I had it because everything was around $800. I had to bring it back to them the next day for a leaking trans fluid coolant line(right side of radiator) turned out to be a bad clamp.

:angst-big: I had the truck 4 just a little more then a month. The week that I brought the truck I notice, when I went to go check the fluids & oil etc. It lookd like it was lecking coolent from the radiator, so i looked around & just cleaned the engine off. Its been about week & an half now since i check it I went out there yesturday & it happen again. So called up Raceway Nissan & think god it is still under warrenty im gettn it fixed today. :engel-big:

i cant be sure without seeing it, but it sounds just like my truck.. It was 2 months old when i noticed coolant all over the engine bay, clearly coming from the radiator cap. New cap and problem solved!!

This seems to be a common problem and the dealer recommended that my friend put a billet bumper grill to protect the radiator and lines from misc debris kicking-up into the bumper and cracking or casuing leaks to the cooling system.

Did any of you guys get billet grills for your bumper after replacing the radiator?

I have the billet grille. I installed shortly after I bought my truck in 04. My radiator didnt leak until they did some maintenance to it.
