So, I take my Titan to Troncolli because the stereo died. It just locked up and nothing would work with it.
So, they order me a new Panasonic deck and then called me back when it was in.
I take my truck up there and they swap it out, no problems.
Well, I had a CD in my old deck that I really didnt care about. It was an MP3 disk that I burned, so I just burned another.
Well guess what was on my doorstep today in a little package from Nissan?
This impressed me for some reason so I thought I would share it.

It is always good to hear of honest dealerships. Good story.

ive heard good things about them... i have a limited dealer experience (and hopefully it will remain this way) but when i first brought my truck to the service center of town center nissan (cobb parkway/marietta) for the faulty pressure sensor, the service manager on duty pretty much went
"well there is nothing wrong with it that we can see, maybe you hit a curb and made the air come out..."
as he was saying this my face changed into a i'll bite you appearance and he backpedalled
".....but that's probably not it so we will remount the tire and go from there"
but it was amazing to me he basically wanted to blame me right off the bat... of course i asked for his name, took his card and shook hands so he will remember me. i've never seen him again. desk is always vacant so he either works odd shifts or runs out when i pull in. the other folk never gave me bs lines. sorry for the hijack but roswell isn't that far from me and you never know where you might break down

Gyrate, if it's the dealership on Cobb Parkway right by Delk Rd talk to Chris Bruder who's the Service Director should you ever have problems with the staff.

slurpie, it was the town center one in kennesaw.
i did note it in the survey that it took them 3 or so trips however. i am going to be doing all my regular service at the dealer i bought it from (no matter how far they are). but this was an emergency and i couldn't get to them...
