I was wondering from anybody that has one of those bed-mounted racks. Can the basket that goes on top bear the weight of people? e.g. for watching races or whatever the case may be?

I'm not totally sure but I believe that my bottom tray says it has a load capacity of 200lbs. Of course it sits on the plastic tracks so.......heck, I guess my post is totally useless to you. :beating:

I have the rack, each support is rated at 125 lbs. for 250 lbs total. It sits in the utilitrack channel so you would not want to over load this rack with people, no way.
