Beware Lake Charles! The local Nissan dealership is a snake in wolfs clothing. They are thousands higher on the new vehicles thinking they have a lock on local sales, and then if you buy in Beaumont or Houston, or anywhere else, they will treat you like Osama's bastard pig eating son in law. My Nissan (bought in Dallas) had less than 2000 miles on it when I took it in for a minor warranty job. They actually told me to take my vehicle off their property ! along with the comment, "If the selling dealer is close enough to buy it from, then they are close enough to service it." end quote. I was absolutely flabergasted ! and this direction is coming from the general manager, john stelly!

These people need to go to business economics 101. How do you deal with this kind of stupidity? Why doesn't Nissan North America do something?

My next vehicle? Toyota !

Please call Nissan North Amer. They told me the same crap and I called Nissan they took eveything on record and contacted the dealership. The dealership lied and said I started a bunch of crap there, thats why they told me no. If you file a complaint then Nissan will catch on. Please contact them they are really helpfull. I bought my truck from Lafeyette and thank god I did!!!!!!

John stelly is a thief and the service manager is not worth spitting on if he was on fire.
I had warranty work done there for a leaking rack and pinion and after they changed the r & p my steering was botched i could only turn so far to the left and the steering wheel was not straight. Another time i brought it back for paint peeling on the front grille they said they had to reorder the grille and get it painted LIE U order it the color from nissan. How i know is the so called new grille with new paint started to peel and the grill is blue with radiance underneathe the smoke color of my truck. LIE LIE LIE I need to find another dealer to work with. Dont get warranty work done in Lake Charles La Just tow ur vehicle to the nearest Nissan Dealer.:puke:

1-800-nissan1, I had to go that route before, and unfortunately I have it memorized.
