Greg, what is the best method of getting a question answered from you? I realize you are very busy, and am curious as to what the best approach would be. I sent you a pm, and an e-mail, and never got a response. I know you too well to think you are intentially blowing me off, the way you go out of your way when contact is made with you. So give me a clue, what is the best way to ask our suspension guru a question?

Give him a call. FIrst time I ever called they picked up the phone right away and I got what I needed, no more than 5 min and it was done,:)

I was wondering the same thing. I really didn't want to call him and waste his time shooting the breeze when there are paying customers who need his help but it would be nice to have one place that people could ask non pressing questions and get answers.

Before long there would be a little PRG database from the man himself for those just trying to figure out what they need to buy for their needs. Right now I just run all over the net searching PRG and asking others questions which may not be the best way to do it.

I have also had my best luck calling Greg. We spoke a couple times just last week. BTW ... you worded that real well Bill. Guru is a very fitting word for Greg !

If i had your SC I would just get ahold of him in person by starting like this .... 5,4,3,2,1 ---- BLAST OFF !!!

only way i get a hold of hime is by phone...try that.....I am in the exact mode as squid was talking. I have a general suspension question, that is not of a pressing nature. I do not want to take up his time with it. I would much prefer he answer it when he has a lull, or a few free minutes. He is a business man, and time is money!

Oh I understand what your saying John, I am just trying to use, or get him to use a different path. This way, as I said, he could come here and answer questions when he had the time to deal with them, rather then have me interupt him when he is in the middle of an install or something like that.

For non-pressing issues and general questions I think e-mail is best, because I don't want to bug him if he is in the middle of an install.

I always copy Jen too. Greg will ususally respond with something like - call me tonight, etc.

United Productions Phone: 951.780.5331
Email Jen: jen@prerunners.com
Email Greg: greg@prerunners.com

Yes...copying jen is a double bonus. I think Greg still perfers to answer questions via the phone. I found the best time to reach him is at 7-8 am his time! Wake him up! :)

Call him if he doesn't answer just call back later, he will answer. Otherwise you wait forever on email, just call and get your answer right away.
