I currently have a great spot but its invite only and i have some friends i would like to go with.....anybody have any suggestions on some good hunting spots? only one more weekend of the season, i would like to get a look at some places before the novemember flight.

Where are you located? I don't know if you have much farm ground where you are at but around here, me and my buddies search for places with ALOT of ditch weed (marijauna.) Doves LOVE it believe it or not. We will stand in the weeds and the birds come in hook, line and sinker.

im in the northwest valley but willing to travel for good hunting....ill revive the thread when the next season hits.

Seriously, I love dove shoots, but don't know anyone here that I trust to go with. None of my church friends have fields, and I don't trust my other friends not to pepper me due to aiming help from Bud.

I used to. We hunted Dove and Quail. I actually drove all the way from FL to Kansas just to get a Bird Dog from a good bloodline.

It's been years since I have done it. Typically my wife would get more birds than the guys would. That really ticked us all off (lol).

those are quail and ill be trying to kill some of those on friday the 13th!!
