I have seen a lot of talk concerning K&N air filters and I admit that I had one on my Tacoma and it ran great. I talked to friend though and he turned me to TrueFlow air filters. I watched the video they have on their site and it got me to thinking that I could step away from the K&N and try the TrueFlow. My friend just got one in his Jeep Rubicon and loves it. Anyone else have a TrueFlow air filter in their Titan? Mine should be shipped in a day or so.
Thanks!

Did you end up liking it?
I have ordered one after talking to the boys at TrueFlow and from what they told me, foam filters seem better. Of course that is their version, but he did have an interesting point:
You never see K&N, Volant, etc... Dyno their CAI kits with the hood down.
Anyways let me know how you liked it.

That would be because the Volant is the only cold air intake of the bunch. All of the others draw from under the hood. The heat shields might as well be decorations!

I now carry all the true flows and STOCK them. I have experience with these in my own truck. Be sure to click the "VIDEO" link at the bottom.

THey do work great and filter better than anything I've seen. One step above the amsoil.

I've had the True Flow on there and it runs good. I have the air box mod and recently purchased the True Flow cleaning kit. It is very easy.
