Let me first start off by saying that the sales dept. at Lithia is great I've bought two Nissans there and had no problems. Now the service dept. is something else.
I started to have the passenger seat creak/squeak while cornering a few months after I bout my 05 Titan. I took it down they replaced by seat back under warranty. About a month later the same problem came back I went in and they said that they had replaced my seat bracket so they would check with the "higher ups" to see if they could do anything for me. It finally went about 7 weeks before I got ticked off enough to go back down. This time same story only they said they had replaced the whole seat. Its been 2 weeks now still no phone call.
Also, they will not do the timing advance.

Not to mention, very damaging to dealerships with a bad rep.

Is that the only one in town? I got good results in GP at Segel - except they would not advance my timing 2 deg when i ask them to - I could call Lithia and see if they would***

I can't stand the service department at Lithia Nissan in Medford. They have gave me the runaround for the last two weeks and screwed me out of about $500 in diagnostic fees and they now say they don't know what's wrong. Lithia is the only nissan dealer in medford that I know of

Coos Bay Nissan won't do the timing advance either. They wouldn't give me a reason why, just said no. There is a local guy who owns a shop here in Bandon. He work on imports and I'm crossing my fingers that he has the goods to do the advance. I'll post up if I can get it done.

So finally fixed the seat thing myself, just a couple of screws that came loose fixed it in 2 minutes, used lock tite unlike the dealership. Still looking for a timing advance if anybody knows of a place in Oregon preferably on or close to I-5, I would be eternally in your debt.
