Am getting low on 303 protectant, which IMHO is the absolute best product available for dash, rubber mats, etc (in place of armour all). I stumbled accross a site that has the best price I have seen on it.

I know what you mean. I got it by the gallon last time, and in the long run it is much cheaper that way. The only problem is, I keep finding more and more that I like to use it on! :?

If you have never used it, your gonna love it! Does not leave an oily film to collect dust, much better uv protection, leaves a very clean looking gloss, not a "bling-bling" shine!

I don't want no "Bling Bling" anything on my truck. LOL!!!! I'll check out that website and give it a try. Thanks

I just ordered some 303 protectant so we will give it a shot. I'll let you know what i think of it. Does it work good on tires???? I have been using the Turtle Wax No Spin tire dressing, but it attracts dirt.

I like performanceproducts.com. Great website BiXLL. I also found some Husky floor liners for my Titan and the wife's Murano. I've been looking for these floor liners since Febuary when I got my Titan. Thanks for the link.

I used to use Turtle Wax Gel. I don't use any type of dressing anymore. I have found the clean look I get from "purple Power Degreaser" and a scrub brush is much more appealing to me then the high gloss dressing look. You get nothing splashed up on the sides of your vehicle, white letters are WHITE, and the tires stay clean a lot longer.

No problem, glad I could help!

I just bought some of this stuff for the first time. It says you can use it on leather. Do you think that is wise?

I can not give you an answer from experiance, but it is a top of line product, and I would trust what they say. If your in doubt, why not try it on an area that is not visable first?

I purchased mine from performance parts. Their web address is in BiXLL's 1st post. They have a nice site, but I found S & H charges high and shipping slow. Just my opinion.

I finaly cleaned my truck last week and used the 303 on the dash and tires. I LOVE the way it makes my dash look, but I'm not sure I used it properly on my tires. The tires look ok just not as good as I expected. Next time I clean the Titan I will give the tires another shot.

It does not give the tires a high gloss like the tire dressings do. It gives them a very clean black look which I prefer over the shine look. It slso does not spray off onto the side of your truck, as well as not attracting dirt.

I think my problem was that the tires were not real clean before I put the 303 on them. I was running late and it gor dark on me.

There is your problem! I always give a good brushing, using a degreaser on them before 303 is applied.

I got 303 a couple of days ago from performance prod. I used it yesterday on everything black on my Titan. I love it. Not too shiny, SPF 40. Does great on the tires!! Haven't used it on the leather let, but I will in the next couple of days and let yal know. I just ordered a 16 oz bottle to try it and to have a spray bottle if I liked it. Will be ordering a gal refill next week!!!!
Thanks BiXLL~~~been lookin for somethin to use besides that sticky high shine crap that really has no benifits.

It does not spray off the tires either, and seems to last longer then actual tire dressing! The more I use that stuff, the more I like it.

I wonder if anyone can shed some light here.

I've read that products like Armor All Protectant and the like have an ingredient which pulls the moisture from vinyl and leather, furture to the surfuce, thus causing the materials to shine more, and in the long run, causing them to dry out and crack. I have not personally experienced this, but i did stpo using any protectant products. I can search for the site that has that report if anyone cares.

Has anyone heard this too? How does 303 compare to products of this kind? I did read sometime back that there are protectants that do not contain the ingredient that causes long term damage.

Thanks

I remember reading that 303 is of cutting edge technology that does not leave the oily film, and will not harm vinyl, leather, rubber, or plastic. I don't remember where it was at, but that is what made me try it, and I have been VERY happy with the product.

You can go to www.303products.com and read about it.
I don't know what armorall has in it that's bad, but I've heard and read it is.
