I called to get pricing for front/rear axle and transfer case synthetic change and they quoted me $375.... Is that reasonable? Or am I being robbed??

You're being robbed. You can probably do it yourself in about an hour, only cost will be oil.

Well outside the option of doing it myself, what is a reasonable charge?

I figure based on service, $50 per axle and $60 for the transfer case.... is that about right?

Is there a DIY for this? Because I might try to tackle it....

I might try this as well. However, I think the only way to remove the oil in the rear is to completely remove the diff cover. You would want a brand new gasket if you're doing that...

Heck, base don the money you'll save by doing it yourself, you can afford to do all Redline oils.

I thought the rear had a drain plug?

the rear does have a drain plug there was a thread about 6 months ago. when going synthetic oils, don't skimp. I personally only use red line shockproof gear oil. It's the strongest out there, if you can't find it, you can try www.synlubes.com he's in parkville MD. the name of his store is al smith suto parts.

There are two plugs on the rear amd front, always remove the top fill plug first, then the drain plug on the bottom, so it drains freely. I have a 4x2, but I'm sure the front case has two also. No reason to remove any cover, just need a 3/8" extension on the end of a ratchet.

There is a drain plug. However some people like to remove the cover so the housing can be cleaned of all residue. Some owners don't want to refill with expensive synthetic lube without removing all traces old lube and gunk.

Try calling White Marsh Nissan (Carmax). I thought I saw a service flyer saying something like $75 apiece. Not sure if it is with synthetic though. May just be with Nissan matic fluids.
