OK people I'm getting serious about maxing this baby out. What is the consensus on the best bug flector. I'm up in the air on the lund interceptor an the wade. I like both but the wade apears to be low profile and maybe fits my taste better. :? [/b]

I have the Nissan bug deflector and like how it looks. It also does a decent job at deflecting bugs and gravel. Others will chime in and say you can't clean under it but I do with a baby bottle brush. There is a type that is easier to remove but I forget which one it is.

I don't think you can really say one is better then another, you said it all, your taste!

I have the Lund Interceptor and like it. I bought it a few weeks ago and liked the looks of it best. Price was good too.

I personally like having bugs splattered all over my hood. I've never really like the look of any of the bug deflectors I've seen. Even the best designed ones increase drag, and more drag = more gas.

With all that said, if you like the look of the wade, go with it. I don't think you are going to notice any performance differences between brands so go with the one you think looks the best.

I agree, I don't like the looks of them at all. It's kinda like big ugly braces. :D

Another Lund here I like it because it is low profile.

Lund here. Like the low profile and that it is available in clear. Painted mine from back side to match the truck.

I am going with the Lund...and you're not gonna believe why....I had to have the Stainless steel version, because the bugs here in AZ wear armored vests, and they are as big as squirrels...the temperature and fading from scrubbing really make the smoked and the clear ones look funky, really bad. So, I am going to try the S/S one because it will match my new one piece billet grille (upper and lower) with the chrome look. I am hoping this will turn out OK, but I may be disappointed. The Lund is on order and should be here this week sometime. I just got my truck last nite, guys! After waiting 6 weeks, I am finally a Titan owner like y'all! Anyway, I chose the Intercepter to keep as many of those maggot bugs off the glass...took some pictures today and cant wait to post pics of the new wheels, grille, etc...now, if I only knew how to get the pic's loaded onto this site....

I'm really not sure weather I like the bug deflectors or not, But I already have 2 small dings right where the protection would be and I don't know how much more I can take :beating:

Got my Lund Interceptor bug guard and absolutely love it. Think it was one of the best 49 bucks I have spent. I got the smoke by the way.
