I did a search and couldn't find anything,

I assume that the Borla dual cat-back will work with the '05 Titan...

Only real question is, will a hitch interfere in anyway with the installation?

I gonna purchase today 779.00 free shipping if I find that there are no problems...I loved the Borla on my Z and like the fact that its throatier but not ridiculously loud (no offense to those who love that flowmaster rumble)

Most of the cat-back systems are designed with side to side clearance for the hitch, since many new trucks these days are coming with factory tow packages. I doubt the Borla is any different, but maybe give them a call/email to confirm.

Borla is NICE!

Ok, I'll see what I can find out and post it here, my guess is that there won't be any interference but I just want to be sure before I purchase it.

Wow that was quick, the Borla tech rep said that there is no problem with a clearance for a standard tow hitch..which I have, got it form Courtesynissan and that he couldn't guarantee that the '05 Titan is exactly the same as the '04, but he suspects that is,

Does anyone know any different?

I just installed a true dual Borla system at a custom muffler shop for around 400.00 I ran 2.5" pipe to 2 Borla Pro XS mufflers with 2 angled rolled tips. It sounds awesome. It is deep and quiet when cruising, but when you get on it, you know it is there. My buddy, has the 800.00 Borla cat back system, and he likes the sound of mine better. his is a little quieter than mine. good luck :D

Thanks, yeah I like the Borla sound, no too outrageous, and based on the quality I saw with my Z its really a no-brainer for me.

Absolutely............ I had Advantage Nissan in Bremerton, WA install mine and throw in a complete undercoating all for about $1139.00 (this was out the door) I know, it is pricey. This was, by far, the best modification, even for the $$$ I have ever had. Gas mileage improved immediately!! :D I then added the Volant/TBS after that.
Ever since this was installed, I do not regret it.......but if you can do it yourself....all the more power to you........ :)

:amazing: :pancake:

I would love to, can you tell me how?? I do have a cam corder and a digital camera that takes movies. I can tell you this, My system has the great Borla sound , but it is a touch louder than the Borla system when you step on it. At idle and low rpms, it is real sweet sounding. My buddy that has the expensive system ,is thinking about cutting off his dual in dual out Borla to replace it with 2 Borla Pro XS Mufflers. Except my wife, everyone loves this sound. :D

I'll try my best , Idon't have difital cam or cam corder, but I'll probably get one and f not i'll borrow someone's...I have 1.2 MegaPixel Cell Phone Camera/Video recorder w/ 128MB falsh card, but I don't think it'll work that well

Also I think I'm gonna install myself, It looks super simple and after watching Mineke put on Borla for the Z in 15min...

by the way I got the Borla @ autopartswarehouse.com
worked a deal out on the live chat thingy.

Gentlemen,

I recorded the video and audio from my digital camcorder. Hooked it up to my computer using a 1394 fire wire connected to the fire wire card on the computer and recorded the sound using a software program called Cool Edit Pro. If it can be played on my system it can be recorded using Cool Edit.

Another way to record is from the camcorder to the sound card of the computer. You will need a RCA to 1/8 inch jack adapter you can get at Radio Shack and plug it into the line in of the sound card.
