After seeing littlebuddha19's Bull Bar, and the response from the membership really liking it, I contacted the vendor, "DealsofSteel" asking about doing a group buy on the bar. They have gotten back to me, and are not only willing to do a buy on it, but are sending us a bar to do a review article on it.

The bar has been updated by the mfg. since littlebuddha19 got his to add a bar type skid plate to it. It will be available in both Stainless and Black. The bar should be arriving by the weekend, so look for the group buy and article to appear some time next week. Pricing and specifics will be given then, but I will say, it is going to be a great deal! Here is a pic of the updated bar, and the older style on littlebuddha19's truck.

This is by far my favorite bull bar seen yet! The skid bars add to the bold look. I'm interested, for sure.

I don't know if it will be possible, but I am going to try to figure out a way to keep my hooks. Its no big deal to me if I can't, but I am going to try.

Ah, yes you do. The brushed aluminum finish doesn't seem to be very popular, most people go with the polished.

I want some front end protection/looks so bad but so far nothing allows for keeping the hooks that i can find.

What you need is a bull bar with integral tow hooks!

I have a tendency to go places I really shouldn't. :) I had my Frontier for 3 months and used teh tow hooks twice! lol :) I kinda needed them trying to keep up with this guy!

Speaking of garages, we had a big storm roll through last night. How is this for close. Although even if the garage was big enough, I have too much junk in there anyway :roll: :lol:

I was waiting for someone to ask that. :) We just came out of a stream, that's why the wheels are all squeaky clean. :D It was alot of fun that day. My buddies 04 2500 Ram only made it about 1/2 mile in and he had to park it. We got tired of pulling him out of every mud hole! lol. :) Let me just say, those Hummers (the real ones!) are unbelievable off road. I haven't got the balls to bring the Titan back there yet though. It was a pretty rough trail. That honestly the main reason the Ram kept getting stuck was that it was just too big for where we were.

I was sent one of the first ones, and it did not fit properly. I had to cut more then 1 1/2 inches off from the ends of the skid plate bars where the meet the bottom of the truck. In doing that, I also had to cut off the sealed ends of the bar, so it is not something I would recommend anyone buying and adapting yourself. I can say, the bars are made of some tough stuff, I went through 3 of my speed grinding wheels to do it!

The vendor has been in touch with the factory, and they are retooling to make the adjustments. Once the new bar is ready, it will be offered. In fact, the vendor was in touch with me yesterday, asking that I still do the group buy once the bar is right!

Dang Bill that really does look good. Cant wait to get mine in black.

I know i checked on them before and it said it was discontinued. Lucky i guess.
If you can do me a favor ask him when the nerf bars are going to be in stock again. He told me about 10-14 days and that was a month ago....

I really am not in touch with him at this point. He is supposed to get in touch with me when the corrections to the skid plate bars are made.

If I had a 4X4 that would be a must buy for me. I love the looks and I really don't like most of them.
