I will work on that! It took me forever to figure out how to host this video. Now that I know I will hook it up real soon.

Hauler,

Sounds good! Was your truck warmed up or cold? I notice it gets quieter when warm (well for my truck that is).

The truck was pretty warm when I filmed that. I had just gotten off the freeway and pulled into the drive. Your absolutely right though, it does get quieter after it warms up. I thought it was just me. Do you also notice that it cranks a few times more to start when cold???

Yup, cranking does take a little longer than usual. That's weird. BTW, I'm gonna add the resos tomorrow because it was raining here today and I didn't want to take the truck out.

What will happen if your truck gets wet??? :) You sound like me when I had my Chevelle. Is your Titan your daily driver?

:nono: :nono: No getting her wet if it can be avoided! The truck is not the daily driver...I've got other vehicles to drive around which is good.

As for it getting quieter, I don't feel mine gets any quieter after driving around for a while. If anything, I feel that it revs more freely after the engine warms up. By the way the exhaust sound in that video clip is awesome.

Sounds great man and I loved getting a close up of your wheels. They look great. Mine also softens a bit when it gets warmed up. Not a lot but a little.

I should say the crackling or popping sound is toned down a little when warm. The cranking is not a very noticable thing. It's probably one extra crank then it fires. I think it started after the deletion of the resonators.

Cal, you got PM.

I think the resonators are definately the reason. I think it takes a bit longer to build back-pressure without the resonators. Your right though it is nothing dramatic maybe an extra crank before it fires. Nothing alarming just noticeable.

You know I was actually reluctant at first because the wheels were so dirty in that video! Glad you liked them though. They are growing on me more and more each day and especially when I get compliments on the street and from you fine people!

Sounds nice, TH.....thanks! I've listened to so many exh sound clips here in my cubicle over the last few months; I'm certain my co-workers think I'm playing NASCAR video games on line, or something!

LOL that is funny bout your coworkers LOL I have flowmaster dual system (with mandrel bends) on order. Anyone have any special instructions to share? I would guess the custom titan configurations would fit right in like a glove.. hopefully. Thanks

Thanks Q! I like yours as well especially how quiet it is in the cab but how mean it sounds outside.

I just installed the flowmaster (system) series 70. I am very pleased. It definitely is louder inside and outside and runs smoother/faster. I think one of the big differences is the (mandrel) pipes coming from manifold are so much larger than stock ones. It is obviously a performance improvement unmeasured yet
Do it! ((( waiting on volant cold air intake now)))

Congrats doc on the exhaust mod. Sounds great doesn't it??? I had the 50 series on my first Titan and just couldn't take the drone in the cabin. I wish I had tried the 70 series first on that truck...

I have the same system. It has a nice rumble to it, doesn't it? Hope you enjoy it.

Man, that sounds mean as hell. I love it. Regrettably, my significant other isn't going to let me do this kinda mod for a long, long time. :(
