recommend the Ratio Rite. I've had mine since my motorcycle days. It's a great inexpensive thing to have in your shop/garage. It has many different measures on the outside. I am in no way affiliated with this link.

Nice find Steve!

however, for the front/rear diff, just pour it in until it starts to come out the fill hole. Then you know it is full! Buy 3 qts.
