For those of you that have installed new grills. I bought a Mr. Grill..it uses zip ties to secure it over the existing grill. I am fine with the top right and top middle piece but the top left is very tight and I cannot get my hands in to work with the ties? What did you folks do when installing you grills??? Thanks!

I had to take off the grill, but it was a bolt on. There's a how to in the do it yourself tech section of the forum. Hope that helps.

The upper grill is very easy to take off. Intitally I was going to tell you to just take the side loose you need to get behind. In afterthought, once you release the clips holding the grill, you need to pull them off the truck and attach them to the grill. This step allows you to just pop the grill back in place, and it my be hard to do that without removeing entire grill. Here is the "How To" article on the grill
