I copied this from a post on ClubArmada. This is the way all Nissan dealers should be.
These folks support us, lets support them in return!

"Like a bad dream I keep coming back, but with good news. The problem with my Mada is that one of the catalytic converters self destructed and blew its innards down stream into another converter and the muffler. Yes, another set of converters. The Armadas have 4 converters. Two on the Y and two midship. But the GOOD NEWS is, all of you Mada owners out there in South Jersey, take your vehicles to Nissan of Turnersville for service. They are definitely ALL THAT! These guys are top shelf all the way. They had my Mada for two weeks and gave me a loaner the entire time. It took so long to fix because they replaced the whole exhaust system. Two of the cats came the next day after they were ordered. The other two was a different story, one had to come all the way from California and the other from Nevada. I am also to be reimbursed for an 8 passenger van I had to rent for a trip. They offered me a maxxed out Nissan Quest, but it is a 7 passenger van. Chuck Briggs is service manager, Dave Goodwin is tech rep., and Henry is the mechanic. My Mada was cleaned, vacuumed and had a full tank of gas. I know most dealer service is garbage, but on a scale of 1 to 10 I give Nissan of Turnersville service department a 20. Sorry for the long thread, but I HAD TO TELL THE WORLD! "

I have bought more than several cars from that auto complex, and the Nissan dealership in particular is top notch...A+ for JerseyParts!!!

We're "frequent buyers" from Turnersville and I have nothing but good things to say about them.

I used to hate having to go to the dealership (any dealership) and now I keep finding excuses to go to this one. Top notch, all the way!!!

LOL .. me too and I live way down here in FL (lol).. I was impressed by the mere size too at the last Jersey Meet. Brian has always been a joy to work with as well.

I live about 50 miles from there but I work half way from there to home. The only problem with going there is the nightmare traffic getting in and out the way I have to go. I haven't used there service yet but won't hesitate to. The dealership is beautiful. They even have an inside garage to pull the cars into before they go into the work areas for the customers. Brian is great to work with, I was there twice so far to pick up mod parts and he is always helpful.

Turnersville Nissan is the best dealership I've ever been to period. For any vehicle. I actually switched to them from another dealership that is closer to me. Also with Brian(Parts Pimp) there, any problems I ever had, which was only one, was taken care of immediately, more importantly to MY satisfaction. He has told me people drive from NY to get there Nissans serviced there because they are so customer satisfaction oriented there and I believe him.
