I copied this from a post on ClubArmada. This is the way all Nissan dealers should be.

"Like a bad dream I keep coming back, but with good news. The problem with my Mada is that one of the catalytic converters self destructed and blew its innards down stream into another converter and the muffler. Yes, another set of converters. The Armadas have 4 converters. Two on the Y and two midship. But the GOOD NEWS is, all of you Mada owners out there in South Jersey, take your vehicles to Nissan of Turnersville for service. They are definitely ALL THAT! These guys are top shelf all the way. They had my Mada for two weeks and gave me a loaner the entire time. It took so long to fix because they replaced the whole exhaust system. Two of the cats came the next day after they were ordered. The other two was a different story, one had to come all the way from California and the other from Nevada. I am also to be reimbursed for an 8 passenger van I had to rent for a trip. They offered me a maxxed out Nissan Quest, but it is a 7 passenger van. Chuck Briggs is service manager, Dave Goodwin is tech rep., and Henry is the mechanic. My Mada was cleaned, vacuumed and had a full tank of gas. I know most dealer service is garbage, but on a scale of 1 to 10 I give Nissan of Turnersville service department a 20. Sorry for the long thread, but I HAD TO TELL THE WORLD! "
