Ok, I took my Titan in for an oil change and the brake judder fix back on Tue. and they said they'd be done w/ it by the next day cuz they've been SWAMPED w/ work the past few months for some reason (I think it's the free oil change for a year campain that's causing that). They called me at work on Wed. afternoon that they'll need it till Fri. since they're closed on Thu. and they were still workin' on it. So I called my service guy right now (Fri noon) and asked if it was done and he said by 3pm. However, I go into work at 3pm so I can't pick it up till tomorrow. With that said, my service guy, Mike, asked me where I work so he can personally deliver it to me when he gets out of work at 6pm today. Yes they failed misserably in finishing my truck in one day, which they did b4 when they replaced the brake judder on my 1st Titan, but that's what I call pleasing the customer right there.
