Hi All,

I recently installed the above items. The sills are great, especially if you have a silver truck. Adds a nice custom touch.

The Pillars really stand out. At first I thought the finish would scratch real easy. After the install, I sprayed a mf towel with Zaino detailer spray and wiped. The finish looks great.

Word of advice, FOLLOW THE PREP DIRECTIONS DO NOT SKIP!!!! I had thought that I would ask a friend of mine in the body shop biz to install them. I was too anxoius so I did it. Be sure to test fit, CLEAN the surface, and if cool, get a hairdryer and heat both the pillars on the truck and the pillars themselves. Be Patient, worth the results!

Alright...you should know by now that you need to post pics when you make threads like this.

I second that (lol) ... I will say this .. you just gave good advise. i found all this out the hard way. preping the surface and aligning is key. With the Pillars ... you don't get a SECOND chance !! Too much adhesive to pull back off if you screw up with the Pillars (lol)

Yes I agree but I need to wait until tomorrow when the sun is back out so you can appreciate the gloss!!!!

YEP, I have learned the hard way before. Prep is 95% of the battle. Clean warm surface is the key!!

Come on.....I took pics of our gloss pillars when the sun was going down, and they still looked nice.

I hope the quality is good enough to see the reflection of the clouds and the sun, which is in the lower left corner. I finished washing the truck so I figured now was a good time.

Here is the Sill. Sorry its not the best. I will have my wife print some more for tonight. She can get the dock machine to work. My solution is a hammer!!!

I think this will be my next mod.
