I just wanted to share my latest experience with Burtman Industries with ya'll.

I ordered a Recon line of fire and ice for Penguin at the end of November. It was drop shipped from California and when it arrived, the box was ripped in half...and taped up with clear packing tape! Grrr... Anyways, I got nervous about it so I decided to make it an early Christmas gift so we could make sure the part was intact and working as soon as possible.

Negative.

The actual bar was cracked at the halfway point, and the LEDs on the right side of the crack would only light up 50% of the time when you flexed it a bit. One of the LEDs didn't light up at all. So when I emailed Jason to tell him the bad news, he sent me a call tag so I could ship the broken unit free of charge, and also went out of his way to send me a new one so Matt could have it before Christmas! :D If that's not good customer service, I don't know what is. Thanks again!

for sure- great to hear too- gonna be ordering from them myself pretty soon- HID kit- check out the group buy info if your interested!!!! (man- these plugs are getting more and more shameless- do i qualify for an "employee discount" yet?!?!?)- just kiddin' JasonB- can't wait to order my set out...

Glad to hear that Red.......will look great with the rest of Matt's LED's. I think that I'm still going to pickup one of these for my truck.......just to be safe with my new mod.

I have ordered a few things from Burtman, and have a few others in mind, but my Customer Service, and speed of shipping has always been 100% satisfactory. I would definitely buy from him again; just as I would definitely buy from PRG again. It is not often you find someone who puts the customer first, and treats you like a real person, but these two guys, Jason and Greg both have exellent people skills and run reputable businesses!

yeah I'm just so impatient when it comes to getting gifts for other people. Poor Jason held up just great under my nagging and weedling :D
