I bought some red screw in type LED's so the kids could have a little light in the back without blinding me with the overhead lights. So now I've got these switches (illuminated when on rocker switch) that have terminals for "Postive", "Negative" and "Load". I'm not real sure what the "load" is. This is what I'm guessing is right....anbody know for sure?
Thanks!

you have it right on in the diagram you drew. The "load" would be the positive side of the lights you are powering.
