I have an 05 CC LE with the RF 6 disc cahnger in dash. I was thinking of getting Sirius installed in it from a Nissan dealer. My question is how would it work? I dont have a Sat button on the dash or anything so it is wired for the mode button to select it? Is it all internal or do they use the AUX input? Also, where does the antenna mount I read something about in the windshield....if anyone has had this unit installed by Nissan please let me know. Thanks!

I have one in my Murano (only I have XM). They install a box connect your radio, run an antenna. Not sure what the Titan one looks like. The Murano's mounted on the roof, just forward of the crease for the rear door, in the middle. If you don't have a SAT button, you're not pre-wired either. The Murano's was about $600 installed. The kicker is the connector between the radio and the box. They're supposedly only available through Nissan, thus the huge cost. The guy at the after market radio instal place told be you can do a google search and buy a knock off, much cheaper, that'll do the same thing. Once you're connected, it's about $10 a month for the service. - Jim

Even though you don't have a SAT button on your system, it is pre-wired for XM and the SAT function will be enabled once the system is installed. I can't comment on the Sirius because I'm not sure how it interfaces with the RF radio. I'm sure someone else here that has it can point you in the right direction.

I have the LE Quad cab and installed the XM module and antenna myself. It was a pain in the butt but I was up and running in 4 hours. The Sirrus module is the same box. I saw one at the dealership.
My dealership wanted $700 to purchase and install the XM radio... I did it myself for $350. :D
