Yes, this light replace your third brake light including the cargo lights.

Thanks for the response BBallfanz, its appreciated. I knew the 3rd brake LED light also had the cargo light. I mistakenly put my question in this thread instead of the LED brake light thread. The lights I'm talking about are the ones on the inside of the stock brake lights that actually light up when you open the tailgate and light up that open tailgate area. You can't see them if the tailgate is closed. If this question can be answered here great, but I'll also post in the proper thread. My fault. I'm still a newbie.
