It will be held at Indian Springs state park. Time will be Lunch time 12 Noon. We will cook out and play some games weather permitting. If weather is bad we will meet at a local restauraut and have a good time. Please let us know if you are interested. We need a headcount so please let us know if you are going to be there. Hopefully this will be the first of many and if they get popular enough we may be able to get some sponsors to show up and give away some cool stuff.

Just got news I will have a set of Carbotech Brake pads for the Titan to give away at the meet. We will hold a drawing for these. We will also have some hats to give away. I really want to get some meets going guys. Would be good to have them on a Saturday most people should be able to do something on Saturdays. I am thinking maybe in GA or lower SC that way guys from FL wouldnt have to drive soo far. If anyone is interested in setting something up in the next month or two let me know. I would like to see us meet and have a cookout or something. Perhaps just go out to eat since its gonna start getting colder soon. Let me know what you guys think and how many of you would be interested. After all thats why I got this site started in the first place. JetTech may you know a good public place where we could all meet down that direction. Let us know.

How about Nov. 6th or the 13th?

After trying to think of a centrally located area I suggest we meet in the Giant City of McDonough, GA of which where we live. Not because we live here but because it's 4.5 hours from Gatlinburg, TN. 3 hours from Greenville, SC. 3 hours from the Georgia Florida border and we've got a ton of restaurants right off I-75 that we could choose from.

Mike you could judge the distance here by how far you are from the Florida/Georgia border on I-75.

I think it's a great idea and there are a ton of hotels/motels around this area too.

I'm not sure what else we would do other than eat. I'll have to think about that one more.

I am 25 miles northwest of Pittsburgh, about 4 1/2 to 5 hours from Baltimore.

I would be interested but I am pretty tied up through at least the next 2 months due to wedding preperations and boyscout obligations after that.

MrsJetTech came up with a great idea too, there is a state park called Indian Springs not too far south of where we live. We could look into that if the weather is nice and do the restaurant scene is the weather is bad.

I like the Indian Springs state park idea because we could do a cook-out, kites, play ball, whatever anyone is interested in doing. It's also a great place for some pics of our trucks and for the kids to play if you all want to bring them. Just another idea...As far as the weather goes it's a 50/50 shot on whether it will be warm or cool. Either way as long as it doesn't rain I'm sure we'll all survive because if it's cool, it won't be COLD!!

We would supply all the meats and ice while others could supply the condiments, breads, snacks, drinks, and etc.

Anyhow, let me know what you all think.

Also if this comes together and anyone is interested I can check out one of the local hotels and see if they will give us a discount, of which I'm sure they will.

We are still talking about it. It will be one of the 2 Saturdays discussed. Just depends on how many people could make it to one or the other. The more people the more fun. If anyone is thinking about this please suggest which day you would like to have it on.

I'm really getting excited because this sounds like a great time for everyone. I hope Titan and Armada owners show up for this event.

I even called my father in-law to see if he would bring "old blue". It's a 1986 720 series Nissan pickup with over 256K miles on it and still running strong on the original engine and transmission!!

I voted for the 6th. That way I'll be here the next week for my brothers birthday.

We need to set that date way before that for me to even have a chance of attending! I will have to fly down, and I need time to set everything up. By the looks of things, the 6th would give me the best shot at attending.

Let any Titan owner you know of this meet. Even on other boards it doesnt matter if they are a member here or not although thats a plus. LOL.
Try to get as many people as we can to go. I would like this to be a decent sized meet. If we can get 15 to 20 Titan/Armada owners to show up I think it will be a fun event. If not we will still have fun just not with as many people.
Please post here for sure that you are going to be there. Please be for sure if you say yes so we can make arrangements and have enough food and drinks.
