What do you guys think about an “Other then Titan help” section. A place where people can list their occupation/trades that could be of service to other people out there? For example, I’m a consultant in the mechanical/electrical engineering field and I could help people out with designing HVAC/Plumbing systems for their house/business and most importantly, provide a good idea of what kind of equipment is out there and about what it should cost you.

I just think there are a wide variety of people on this site that could provide help for almost any project. I guess you could always go to other forums but I trust you guys/gals much more.

On that note, I’m looking into buying a house in the next year or two (for the first time), and I was wondering where’s the best place to start. Any bankers/realtors out there?

EDITED LIST:
Ryant831~Mech/Elec engineering design/recommendations
Travelboysteve~ Contracting-Electrical.
RedTitanLE ~ best pile of malarkey this side of the Mississip'…ha ha just joking…..Marketing and Public Relations (Complaint Letters) That could definitely come in handy.
Slj48er ~ Civilian Detective (Gang related) - Army
Chrisfuji~ Air Traffic Controller and Car Audio
Mazaduh~ Electrical Contractor
MDJamesD~ Sign Industry, Auto Parts, Real-Estate Construction Planning
Docopharm~ Sex connoisseur/ Pharmaceutical Sales

I think it is a great idea! BTW if you build a house make the garage 3xs bigger then you think you need. I think my next house will be smaller then my garage. lol

Almost forgot, im a Sprint/Nextel dealer but I keep up on the other companies as well so ask away if you have any questions. Also if you guys want to do group buys on headsets or anything like that as long as it is cool with the admins. im cool with it.

Good idea. I want an airplane hanger for my next garage. I'll never understand why SUV/trucks keep getting bigger and bigger and garages keep getting smaller and smaller.

Great Topic!!! I'm an electrical contractor and will answer anything I can, give budgets, etc. as well. I will also tell you if I don't know. As far as loans go, I have had great luck with IndyMac Bank. Being self employed, they were the easiest to deal with and had no points at all for my constructio loan and now I have an equity line with them as well.

I'm in, too! Not sure how much help I can offer...

I'm in marketing and public relations, and can write the best pile of malarkey this side of the Mississip' :D So if someone needs a complaint letter for their service department, you know who to call!

I think that this forum is a great idea also. I am a civilian detective for the Department of the Army and deal with NY state law and Federal Law and am always looking to network with others in different states due to the diversity of population I deal with on a military installation.

So if I'm in need of legal advice, you're the guy I need to talk to? I also know we have some police officers on here. That could be very helpful as well.

Actually "the gal" LOL. If I don't know the answer then I do have enough resources to find the answer. I am always networking... a huge one is when you run across a tattoo that appears "gang related" and can contact law enforcement from where the individual is from and see if they are familiar with it.

See, if we put all our forces together we could discover new criminals by their tatoos, fly them to a jail in oregon, provide a nicely air-conditioned cell with lighting/stereo upgrades and send a nasty letter to his/her mother.

slj49er...Sorry...I always do that : )

25 Transatlantic flights? Where in Europe are you?

RedTitanLE

Who said I was in Europe? I was going to Europe.

Now that I think about it, it's probably closer to 30. My family went to Italy, Yugoslavia, France, etc every summer until I went to college. All of our family is overseas (I'm first generation born in America.)

I did....One RT flight=2 flights, odd number means you're still there, or you came back on the boat.:)

I have five RT's = 10 flights

I'd love to have a tech section on general automotive questions. I have ALL KINDS of Mustang questions that I can't ask on some of the Ford forums... Basically, you get your @ss reamed out for asking a question that was posed back in 1999 in another section of the forum. They say, "learn how to use the search function..."

Sorry, but I don't feel like searching through 124 pages of search results to figure out whether I can swap to synthetic oil on a 38k old motor currently running dino oil... Titan folks just seem friendly!!!
