I am looking at hotels now to book for Old Town III. Where is everyone staying? Also, if we have enough people that want to stay at the same place we may be able to get a price break. I think most places you have to at least 10 rooms to get a discount. Its worth a shot.

Hmmmm .. I might see if the wife can look into that unless others have time on their hands and can pursue it. Count me in as one of the 10. I would look into the Kissimmee area because Old Town is in Kissimmee.

Old Town is literally just a couple miles from the Disney grounds (even though the grounds are VAST) .. lol

I don't care to try to get lock it on, but I just need to know how many people are in on it. I may try to see if the hotels will not give us all a military discount. Some of them don't care to do it, but some have to see ID from everyone getting the rooms.

They have 1 and 2 bedroom villas. It has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and seperate bedroom with a shower and huge jacuzzi tub as well as a large screened in balcony big enough to have a party on. It was about 5 minutes from OT. I will be staying there again... Oh yeah, it also has a washer and dryer in each villa if any one cares..

I just saw your post where you put that one up a while back. Looks nice! I just have to figure out where is the best place to stay. Looks like about all the places have the same prices.

Ok.... I have some calls in to a couple different hotels in the area to ask about group rates. I post as soon as I get the info. I guess they are all gone to lunch! lol

They currently only have 10 rooms available at this time. If we need more rooms I can call them and add them onto the group rate.

I'm In !!! Its a done deal, plus I just want it off my mind. BTW Supa those other rooms sound outrageous!! With people coming as far as TN & DE I just think it would be cool to try to hang out with them, or at least be in the same location .... if nothing else.

No problem! Looks like it turned out to be a good idea to reserve a few rooms for us. This is something that could be done for OTIV also. Glad you got a room. I think they are booked completely up!
